We work from Caldes de Montbui in Vallès, Barcelona, and arrange services across mainland Spain. For collections outside Catalonia, we check availability at origin before accepting the job.
When dedicated transport pays off
A dedicated vehicle is assigned to your shipment and follows the agreed route directly. It is worth it when a missed delivery could interrupt production or delay a setup.
What determines the price?
The vehicle, actual route and positioning distance, priority, time of day, waiting and loading conditions affect the quote. Tell us about restricted access, loading docks, forklifts, side-loading requirements and the weight of each pallet. We confirm the final price before departure.
If you repeat the same journey, we can prepare a price per route with an agreed day and collection time. Send the usual cargo details and frequency for a proposal.
Vehicle tonnage means maximum authorised mass, not payload. Euro-pallet capacity is subject to total cargo weight and dimensions. We confirm load distribution and tail-lift use before each service.
We check both space and weight limits, including each item placed on the tail lift, before assigning a vehicle.

We confirm the expected pickup time after checking the location, vehicle availability and when the cargo will be ready. Same-day collection is subject to availability. Delivery timing also depends on distance and the receiving location's opening hours.

We check whether your deadline is achievable before accepting the job. Collection today does not automatically mean delivery today. Send both the cargo-ready time and the required delivery date and time.
Which vehicle do I need?
An L3/L4 van carries 2–3 Euro pallets depending on the version, with a maximum payload of 1,300 kg. A box van takes up to 8 Euro pallets and 1,000 kg of cargo, with a tail lift rated up to 700 kg. For larger loads we assess a 12 t or 18 t truck. Dimensions, total weight and individual item weights must all be checked.
Is the price agreed before departure?
Yes. We confirm the price after reviewing the route, vehicle, schedule and loading conditions. The quote should specify VAT and any planned supplements for priority, nights, weekends, waiting, tolls or handling. Changes to the agreed service are discussed before they are carried out.
Can you collect at night or on a public holiday?
Night, weekend and public-holiday services are subject to availability and prior agreement. A supplement may apply; confirm the schedule and price when booking.
How do I receive updates?
You can keep in direct contact with the driver by phone or WhatsApp during the service.
Can you arrange a recurring route?
Yes. For a route repeated regularly, we can agree a price per journey and a collection schedule. Send the usual origin, destination, cargo and frequency for a proposal.
