What we take to the Pyrenees
Often it is supply pallets for hotels and restaurants (food and drink), but also building and renovation material, furniture and equipment for events and productions. And urgent jobs: a pallet that has to be in a station car park today, for example, is handled by a van on an express service.

These are indicative direct-driving times; the real timing counts loading, unloading and road conditions.
What changes in the mountains
- Mountain roads and tunnels: some are tolled, itemised in the quote.
- Winter: snow, ice and possible chains affect timing; on storm days allow more margin.
- Last mile in villages and resorts: narrow streets, car parks and unloading hours you need to know.
- Access to hotels and restaurants: sometimes we unload in a nearby car park and carry up by hand or pallet truck.
That is why we ask for a photo or the exact address of the delivery point and, if access is narrow, use a van or box van instead of a large truck.
Which vehicle we use
For single pallets and urgent jobs, an L3/L4 van. For several pallets, furniture or no dock, a 3,500 kg box van with tail lift (up to 8 Euro pallets). A rigid truck only if access allows it and the volume justifies it.

An estimate for a dedicated service, with no special urgency or supplements, plus VAT and tolls. It uses the same rates as our online calculator.

- Vielha / Baqueira-Beret (≈330 km): L4 van €350 – €400; box van €375 – €435.
The final price is confirmed before departure, according to cargo, access and schedule.

Do you ship to the Pyrenees?
Yes: Val d'Aran, Baqueira-Beret, Cerdanya and other Pyrenean areas, both supply pallets and urgent jobs.
How long does a shipment from Barcelona to Baqueira-Beret take?
About 4 h 30 to 5 h of direct driving for about 330 km, plus loading and unloading. In winter we allow more margin.
How much does it cost to send a pallet to Baqueira?
As a reference, €350 – €400 + VAT and tolls by L4 van, with no supplements. The price is per vehicle and journey, not per pallet.
Can you deliver supplies to hotels and restaurants?
Yes. Usually food and drink pallets, delivered within the hours the establishment allows.
What about snow?
Winter conditions can delay or constrain the journey. We plan with margin and tell you if anything changes.
Do you do same-day urgent delivery?
It depends on the pickup time and the distance; with a morning departure, same-day delivery in Cerdanya or Val d'Aran is usually possible. We confirm before accepting.
